GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Yes. Sound baths, breathwork, guided meditation, somatic sessions, energy work, and other Studio Be experiences are available as add-ons. Ask about availability and pricing when you inquire.

  • No kitchen is available on site, but a water kettle is provided. Certain pre-approved food is welcome. The onsite restroom includes a sink, and the treatment room has a small sink and counter space. Food preparation is not permitted.

  • A Smart TV on a tripod stand with PC and Mac connections, Sonos surround sound, portable JBL speakers, noise machines, a whiteboard, and WiFi are all included with your rental.

  • Yes. Studio Be offers free onsite parking, plus additional street parking directly outside. We’re located just minutes from downtown Napa and within walking distance of Oxbow Market.

  • Please include setup and breakdown time when making your reservation. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes before and after your event.

  • Yes. We’d be happy to show you the space. Contact us to schedule a tour, or, if you’re not local, we’re happy to provide photos or video so you can get a feel for the studio before booking.

  • Treatment Room: Treatment room rentals are prepaid. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance will be credited to the practitioner’s account. No cancellations or reschedules are permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled start time

    Group Room: Group room rentals are prepaid. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 4 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or reschedules made 2–4 weeks in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or one reschedule. No refunds or reschedules are permitted within 2 weeks of the scheduled booking.

GROUP ROOM RENTALS

  • The group room comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests for floor-based experiences such as yoga, sound baths, somatic work, breathwork, and meditation, or 20–30 guests for seated workshops, presentations, meetings, and trainings.

  • The group room includes 14 yoga mats, 16 premium foam mats, 20 bolsters, cozy blankets, 30 chairs, an 8-foot table, Sonos surround sound, a Smart TV, whiteboard, WiFi, and access to the guest lounge and restroom.

  • Absolutely. The space can be configured for floor-based experiences, workshops, presentations, meetings, or a combination of seating and movement.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring additional equipment or supplies for your event.

TREATMENT ROOM RENTALS

  • The Treatment Room includes a massage table, vanity with running water, natural light, JBL speaker, noise machine, desk, seating for two, and a calm, welcoming environment. You’re welcome to bring any additional tools or equipment specific to your practice.

  • Yes. All practitioners are required to complete an application and onboarding process before renting space at Studio Be. You can apply HERE.

  • Storage is limited, so practitioners should plan to bring what they need for each session unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Yes. Approved practitioners can reserve recurring time blocks or purchase rental bundles for discounted rates.
