A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where you lie down and are surrounded by live sound — crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. As the vibrations wash over you, they quiet the mind, release tension, and restore a sense of balance in the body. It's not something you have to do or figure out. You just receive.

Yes — sound baths are welcoming for all ages, experience levels, and body types. Melanie's approach is especially gentle and well-suited for sensory-sensitive individuals and complete beginners. If you have a specific health concern, check with your provider beforehand.

Not at all. You don't need to clear your mind, breathe a certain way, or do anything other than lie down. The sound guides you. Many people who've never been able to meditate find sound baths to be the easiest entry point into deep rest.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We provide mats, blankets, and props — but you're welcome to bring your own pillow or anything that helps you feel cozy. A water bottle is always a good idea.
