I’m a sound healer, Spinal Flow practitioner, Reiki Master, and co-owner of Studio Be Napa. I've spent over 20 years working with people who are ready to stop managing and start actually changing.

What I offer isn't one thing. It's a body of work built from two decades of training, practicing, and living inside these tools myself. I'll listen to where you are and help you find the right entry point — or create something entirely my own that serves you in ways you didn't know to ask for.
